Hi Nicole and welcome! Yes, this recipe freezes fantastically! Individually wrap each pepper to freeze, and heat from frozen in the microwave. Good luck on your clean eating quest, and let me know if you have more questions!

My question is does this freeze well? I am cooking for one darn teenagers arent on board with my health eating :/ I want to make extra and possibly freeze to eat later.
