The jalapeno lime hummus dressing made from Sabra Jalapeno Hummus has got everything going on! It’s a little spicy, a little tangy, and a little creamy.

Black beans and sabra hummus add filling, plant-based protein to the salad. Sweet corn and cherry tomatoes add a little sweetness to the salad to balance the dressing.
Variations to the Southwest Kale Salad with Jalapeno Lime Hummus Dressing recipe:
- Kale is a toothsome green. The best way to enjoy it without too much chew is to massage it with a little olive oil first. This helps to break down some of the cells in the leaves leaving it a bit more tender!
- Try another flavor of sabra hummus to make your salad dressing! They have 12 delicious flavors to choose from, so you can individualize the salad based on your taste preferences!
- Use whatever type of cheese you have on hand! Try cheddar, Mexican blend, or even crumbled queso fresco!
- 4 cups torn curly kale
- ¼ tsp olive oil
- ½ cup each: cooked black beans, corn, and cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup each: shredded cheese and sliced red onion
- 2 TBS Sabra Jalapeno Hummus
- 1½ tsp each: lime juice and olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt, to taste
- In a large salad bowl, message kale with ¼ tsp olive oil by gently kneading the leaves.
- Top kale with black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced red onion.
- To make the dressing, combine Sabra Hummus with lime juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt to taste. Whisk until smooth.
- Poor the dressing over the salad, toss and enjoy!
