Hi everyone! Things have a been a little slow here on the blog recently. I have so many excuses for you. I was having issues with my photography equipment for a while (all fixed now!). Summer classes just finished, and now I’m prepping to teach even more classes this fall! Whew, it’s been a busy summer! Anyway, today I want to share with you my top 12 most-made recipes from the blog.
These are my favorites that I make All-The-Time!! In case you’re busy like me prepping for back-to-school, these are recipes you can trust to be winners at dinnertime! In order, saving the best for last!

12. Vegan Mushroom Lentil Bolognase
We ate spaghetti with meat sauce a lot as a kid, so this dish is total comfort food for me! Meat eaters and Vegans both will love this delicious sauce!
11. Tempeh Gyro Tacos with Cucumber Salsa
I am obsessed with everything gyro! I usually keep tortillas on hand, therefore, these tacos are my favorite way to enjoy gyros without an extra trip to the store!
10. Italian Zucchini Mushroom Sub Sandwiches
Zucchini is one of my favorite summertime veggies, and this is my favorite way to use it. The mushrooms and marinara sauce compliment the zucchini so well, and the bun is a convenient delivery vehicle!
9. Slow Cooker Three Bean Chili
Slow cooker dinners can be a life saver if you’re short on time! I love to make this big batch of chili and use it for other recipes as well, such as chili taco salad.
8. Turmeric Edamame Fried Rice
I always keep a frozen packages of edamame and carrots and peas so that I can whip this dinner up without notice! It’s a great back pocket recipe for any busy cook!
7. One Pot Peanut Noodles with Cabbage and Snap Peas
These peanut noodles are great to serve hot or cold. I throw in whatever veggies I have on hand, such as edamame, zucchini, bell peppers, or cucumber!
6. Asian Cabbage Egg Rolls with Tempeh
Finger foods are the best, and these egg rolls make everyone happy at dinnertime! I serve them for dinner instead of an appetizer because they are so good, you can’t eat just one!
I have a weakness for burritos. As such, I have an awesome burrito recipe! I call it a fajita burrito because I load it up with seared veggies, including peppers, onions, and mushrooms!
4. Edamame Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
This recipe is my favorite lunch salad. As I mentioned, I always have edamame on hand, and this salad keeps well all week long so I can prep my lunches for the work week!
3. Cauliflower Lentil Sloppy Joes
This recipe is one that my husband loves! I love it too, especially because it’s packed with wholesome nutrients in a fun delivery system!
2. Spicy Cilantro Jalapeno and Tomato Pizza
I make this recipe all the time to use up cilantro! I always seem to have extra cilantro after I use it in a recipe, and this recipe uses a lot so none of it goes to waste!

Tacos, tacos, and more tacos, please! My family loves tacos, and this is our favorite recipe. Top the crumbles with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream for your next taco Tuesday!
