Variations on the Grilled Bagels with Dill Cream Cheese Spread recipe:
- I used everything bagels, but plain or whole wheat bagels would work as well.
- If you don’t have fresh dill, try using 1 tsp dried dill. Or you can swap out for another herb that will fit with your toppings of choice.
- I topped the bagels with smoked trout. Try another topping like diced cucumber, grilled salmon, or shredded chicken if that’s your thing!
