Beer Battered String Bean Fries

Beer Battered String Bean FriesLast week I was poking around on my pinterest account finding and sharing ideas for recipes.  I came across a recipe for crunchy green bean fries that were coated in panko bread crumbs.  In the past, I have tried something similar with asparagus, and it’s not so easy.  Panko does not stick well to skinny vegetables, but it sticks very well to your fingers!  When I picked up my CSA this week and saw that I had string beans to use, I just knew I had to try and make a fantastic fries recipe!  The seasoning is just right on these beer battered string bean fries! Pizza Baked Potatoes

Pizza Baked Potatoes

I have a no waste attitude when it comes to food.  I hate throwing out even the littlest bit of food just because it doesn’t have a purpose, or because I think there isn’t enough left to use.  With a little bit of effort and planning you can prevent this kind of waste.  Today’s Pizza Baked Potatoes was created because I had a small amount of pasta sauce that was not going to go down the drain.  The recipe was so good that I made it multiple times and perfected the seasonings, and today I’m sharing it with you! Stack of Whole wheat naan

Buffalo Queso Dip

This dip is a riff on Buffalo Chicken Dip.  Buffalo is one of my favorite flavors that I miss.  This dip is an awesome way to enjoy it.  I am planning on making it to celebrate the last regular season football game coming up this Saturday, but it would work well at a new years eve celebration as well!
