My homemade smoked tofu recipe is one of my all-time favorite ways to use tofu. It is also one of the most-read recipes on the blog, and for a good reason, it is delicious!
For years I have been experimenting with different ways to use smoked tofu after I cook up a big batch in smoker on the patio. I have two favorite ways to use it in recipes.
My first is to use it like a bacon substitute. The texture is not the same, but the smoky flavor is a great stand-in. The second is to use it like you would tofu.
Tofu goes well in so many dishes, so that’s not hard to do. Smoked tofu is unique in comparison to it’s uncooked cousin because it is already full of flavor and ready to add to any dish for instant flavor.
These 10 recipes are my favorite ways to use smoked tofu. They are in no particular order. Which recipe will be the first one that you will try?
